January 21, 2023

Mysore/Mysuru: Chamundeshwari MLA G.T. Devegowda (GTD) has assured round-the-clock drinking water supply to residents of Chamundeshwarinagar in BEML Layout third phase of city.

Addressing the residents at the grievances meeting organised under the aegis of  Sri Chamundeshwarinagar Residents Welfare Association on Wednesday, GTD said that the locality has more than a thousand houses which lacked water supply, street lights, good roads, power and underground drainage system.

Asserting that he raised the issues at the MUDA meeting held recently, in which MP Pratap Simha and other people representatives and officials took part, GTD said that MUDA and MCC officials have assured him of addressing civic issues  in phases.

Later, the residents submitted a memorandum to the MLA and thanked him for taking measures to address civic issues in the locality.
