A stroke filled double century by Jawar CC skipper Vishnu Priyan (204 runs with 8 sixes and 18 fours), helped his team gain first innings lead points against RBNCC ‘A’ in the two-day KSCA I Division Cricket League match played at SJCE-JSS grounds here recently.

Batting first, Jawahar CC scored 492 losing all 10 wickets in 89.5 overs. S.U. Karthik scored 90 runs and K. Gourav scored 89 for Jawahar CC.

In reply, RBNCC were bundled out for 209 in 62.1 overs with B. Dheemanth scoring 45 runs. N.A. Chinmay picked up a five-wicket-haul (5/45) for Jawarhar CC. Following on, RBNCC ‘A’ had scored 74 for the loss of 3 wickets before the match ended in a draw.
