Profile: Born in a music family of the acclaimed musicians Bellary Brothers, Bellary M. Raghavendra is the son and disciple of Vid. Bellary M. Venkateshachar.  He is also the disciple of his uncle Bellary M. Sheshagiriaachar. Being an A grade artiste in Karnatak vocal music, he has also learnt Hindustani music under Vid. Chandrashekara Puranikamata. He has performed in AIR and Dooradarshan. He is also adept in giving lec-dems and has expertise in light classical music and devotional music. He has directed popular programmes such as ‘Aswada’ and ‘Swarasangama.’
