Kambiranda M. Achaya (Bala), a resident of Deepa Nagar, passed away yesterday in city. He was 79. A bachelor, he leaves behind his sister and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at Muktidhama in Vijayanagar this afternoon, according to family sources.
