Sir, My 8 yr old daughter has been taken away, along with my wife, by some people (lawyers, with some clients from outside) from Gulbarga in 2018 April when I had been to USA for a 4 weeks business trip. I came back to India in May 2018 itself. I thought they will be back to my house in Bangalore by June 2018 which they did not.
Because these people who have taken are lawyers with some types of connections, they have not only threatened me but also prevented my wife, daughter from contacting me. Even though I went to USA again in 2008 Sep (I had worked in USA from 98-2007, came to India in 2008 and got married in India in 2010, daughter born in 2011. However due to surgeries to both wife, daughter postponed my trip.I had gone to USA to get the work permit and then come back, get the visa done for family and take them back), however due to lack of contact with daughter, wife, came back to India in Jan 2019 to see how was my daughter. She had become very weak. She was not taken care by the lawyers who are running their business from home, keeping dogs and only allowing their clients inside their double compound, prevented me from taking my daughter, wife outside the compound. I had gone last year April to celebrate daughter’s birthday. She had asked me to come with car and take her back to Bangalore. However in spite of she crying, lawyer (75 yr old man), his son (35 yr old unmarried man), a lawyer ( he keeps my daughter inside his room in the compound and does not let her out) did not allow my daughter,in spite of she requesting, to take her out of the compound to Bangalore, at least to the hotel in Gulbarga and not even outside the compound for a walk. This was very unexpected and unacceptable. When they got the woman married to me in 2010, wife’s mom, arranged for the marriage, she managed the home well, made it easy to visit the house. At the time of initial visit, they never told that they kept 4 dogs in compound or run their business from home, having their clients visit their house, obstruct family life etc. These folks taken me for a ride with their behavior.

One more year has passed. There is not a single call from daughter or wife. Wanted to visit Gulbarga this weekend to meet my daughter, celebrate daughter’s birthday. However, this Corona lock-down affecting. It will be great if I am given permission to go to Gulbarga or bring my daughter, wife from Gulbarga to here, celebrate her birthday.
