Mysuru: The Indian Army had organised a presentation on Recruitment Procedure at St. Philomena’s College here recently.

Major Joseph, who made the presentation, explained about how soldiers were serving the country in the borders. He  also briefed on how students can join the Army, what are the procedures, qualifications and advantages. Later, he screened videos  related to the soldiers’ work in the borders, how they get training, how they use the new equipment, testing of missiles and equipment.

College Principal Prof. Ruth Shanthakumari, Rector Rev. Fr. Barnard Prakash Barnis, Teaching and non-Teaching staff and Post Graduate, Under Graduate and PU students attended the programme.
