Minister for Youth Empowerment and Sports K.C. Narayanagowda, who is also Mandya District in-Charge Minister, said that the three-day Srirangapatna Dasara Mahotsava will take place at Srirangapatna in Mandya from Oct. 9 to 11. Speaking to press persons here on Monday, he said that Adichunchanagiri Mutt Seer Sri Nirmalanandanatha Swamiji will inaugurate Srirangapatna Dasara on Oct. 9. Stating that Dasara celebrations will be a simple affair this year too on account of COVID, he sought co-operation of all elected representatives, officials and people of Mandya for the success of the three-day event.
