Mysuru: The counselling for admission to 6th standard at Morarji Desai / Kittur Rani Chennamma / Ekalavya Model / Atal Bihari Vajpayee / Dr. B R. Ambedkar / Indira Gandhi Residental Schools will be held from May 30 to June 3 at Pre-Matric Boys Hostel premises, opposite Murugadevi temple, Nazarbad.

The counselling will be based on merit and reservation.

On May 30, the counselling will be held for Physically Handicapped (PH), Special Category and SC girl students; on May 31 for both boy and girl students from SC communities; on June 1 for ST and Category-1 students; on June 2 for Category 2-A, 2-B, 3-A, 3-B and SC girl students in waiting list and on June 3 for SC/ST, Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B students in waiting list.

Safai Karmachari students

Safai Karmachari students can appear for the counselling on May 30 at the same venue in Nazarbad for admission to Morarji Desai / Kittur Rani Chennamma / Ekalavya Model / Atal Bihari Vajpayee / Dr. B. R. Ambedkar  / Indira Gandhi Residential Schools.

Safai Karmachari students can appear directly for the counselling along with their caste certificate at 10 am on May 30, according to a press release from the Social Welfare                                   Department.
