Kumar, owner of Sri Mahadeshwara Transport in city, passed away here yesterday. He was the brother of Revanna, the newly elected President of The Mysore Co-operative Bank. Kumar’s last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon, according to family sources.

T. Ramegowda (90), former Mandal Panchayat Member and a resident of Metagalli, passed away on Apr. 19 in city. He leaves behind three sons including former Corporator Devaraju and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at Metagalli Burial Ground yesterday.
