e-property forms: Complain to TP EO if staff demand money

Mysuru: The Mysuru Taluk Panchayat (TP) has been distributing e-property software generated application forms (Form 9, 11A and 11B) for allotment of houses and sites in Gram Panchayats of Mysuru Taluk since Feb.3, 2016.

The public can complain by calling Ph: 0821-2411349 or Mob: 94808-73100 if the PDO, Secretary or other Office staff demand money for issuance of these forms, according to a press release from TP  Executive Officer (EO).
