Mumbai: A fan of Sanjay Dutt has willed all her wealth to the actor.

Nishi Tripathi (62) who died on Jan 15 willed all her money which was in Bank of Baroda account, her locker and her apartment worth 10 crore to actor Sanjay Dutt. She had named Sanjay Dutt and gave his Hill home address as the one for the nominee.

Nishi had not left anything for her family comprising of her mother who is 80 years old and her three brothers

But, Sanjay Dutt has issued a letter to the Bank of Baroda’s Walkeshwar Branch, saying that the contents of a safety deposit vault bequeathed to him by Malabar Hill resident Nishi Tripathi be handed over to her family members.

Sanjay Dutt was contacted by the Police on Jan. 29 to inform him about being the beneficiary of Nishi’s will.

The actor told the Police he did not know who this fan was and promptly wrote to Police requesting that Nishi’s wealth that was willed to him be transferred to her family members and he did not want anything to do with it.

He also  offered to hep the family  with all the necessary paperwork to make the transition quickly.
