Karnataka PWD Minister Satish L. Jarkiholi, Ideal Education Society Chairman C.M. Irfanulla Shariff and Sharanabasaveshwar Vidya Vardhak Sangha (Kalaburagi) Chairperson Dr. Dakshayini S. Appa, will be conferred with Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) Honorary Doctorate Degree at the 20th Annual Convocation of the University, the date of which is yet to be announced. The Special Secretary to the Governor, in a letter written to the KSOU Vice-Chancellor, said that the Governor has approved the list of eminent personalities short-listed by Expert Scrutiny Committee for the award.
