Two-day V. Prabhakar Memorial Cricket begins

The new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) and Mysore University to develop and maintain the Srikantadatta Narasimha Raja Wadiyar Ground (Gangothri Glades) Ground for 15 years has been readied and is just pending signatures, said Prof. Hemantha Kumar, Vice-Chancellor (VC), University of Mysore (UoM).

He was speaking after inaugurating the two-day V. Prabhakar Memorial Legends Cricket Tournament, organised by Navodaya Cricket Club in association with the Department of Physical Education (DPE), University of Mysore (UoM), at SDNR Wadiyar Grounds here this morning.

“As only a few matches were played on SDNRW Ground due to COVID
