Basavaraju (82), retired Superintending Engineer and a resident of Dattagalli, passed away yesterday at a private hospital in city. A native of Tumakuru, Basavaraju leaves behind two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at Bogadi Burial Grounds here yesterday.
