Mysuru: The University of Mysore (UoM) has awarded Ph.D in Chemistry to G. Chaya for her thesis ‘Studies on Removal of Toxic Dyes and Heavy Metals from Contaminated Water using low cost Biosorbents’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. Bibi Ahmadi Khatoon.

Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi, has awarded Ph.D in Civil Engineering Sciences to D.B. Nirmala for her thesis ‘An Investigation on Self Compacting Concrete with Foundry Sand’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. S. Raviraj.
