Stray dogs are creating nuisance round the clock at Vivekanandanagar 9th Main 3rd Cross forcing residents to spend sleepless nights while pedestrians and motorists are facing risk of being bitten by these strays, allege residents. They have urged the authorities concerned to take steps to solve the problem.
