Sir,
There seems to be no end to the ever-growing stray dog menace in city as it has become a regular problem on 2nd Cross, Shivaji Road, N.R. Mohalla.
Firstly, they attack any speeding two-wheeler riders or cyclist or four-wheeler drivers post 8pm and worst of all they howl so much in the middle of the night which disturbs our sleep. Considering there are a majority of elderly people with health issues, infants and small children it is really annoying. It’s not just 1 or 2 dogs to ignore, there are a pack of 6-7 dogs creating terror in the area daily. I request the authorities concerned to put an end to this menace at the earliest.

Maneka Gandhi can solve this problem! Please send a copy of your letter.
6-7 dogs is not a big thing. Go and feed and befriend them.
Most probably they run after vehicles because one of their pack members was killed by them.
Please collect them, keep them in your house and make friends with them. Invite Maneka Gandhi and she will honor you for noble thoughts. This will keep you dog lovers happy and us also happy who want public places free from street dogs.
