R. Narayana Swamy (57), son of late G.S. Ramakrishnaiah, Proprietor of GSR Fuel Station at Bilikere and a resident of Vishweshwaranagar, passed away this morning at a private hospital in city following brief illness.

He was the President of HPCL Dealers Association, Mysuru, Founder-Member of Federation of Mysore Petroleum Traders, General Secretary of KPCC SC/ST Wing and former Member of MUDA.

He leaves behind his wife, a son and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
