Mysuru, Feb. 4- Dr. S. Mamatha, Head, Department of Arts at De Paul College and an esteemed Alumnus of NCC, specifically an Alumnus of 3 Kar Girl Bn NCC, Mysuru, was honoured with the DG Commendation Medal as an NCC Alumnus during the NCC Republic Day Rally in Delhi.
