Senior citizen’s woes on obtaining Title Deed

June 11, 2017

Sir,

I read with interest the letter about MUDA and its eulogy under the leadership of the present Chairman D. Dhruvakumar. But the same cannot be said about the officials.

In our case, the District Consumer Court has passed the orders to issue Title Deeds after about 20 years of house construction but the officials neither have obtained a stay order nor issued Title Deeds since about a year. We are fighting for execution.

In our last hearing, we were told that there was a stay which later turned out to be a hoax. God only knows when we the senior citizens of this country will have our rightful Title Deeds.

Thanks to Star of Mysore for highlighting the issue.

NOTE: I suggest the Correspondent to write this as a complaint to PM Modi. You will get a reply from the PMO. The Correspondent’s lawyer or he himself should expose the hoax played by the MUDA to the Judge of the Court for action. —Editor

ONE COMMENT ON THIS POST To “Senior citizen’s woes on obtaining Title Deed”

MUDA is one of the most corrupt organizations in India if not the world! All the documentation in Kannada is not because of any honor or respect for the mothertoungue but for facilitating corruption . I went to get a power of authorization form for 10 days and finally got it from a clerk in santhepete which of a copy of an old form! While an honest person has all the problems in the world, the corrupt who have contacts can get anything done, legal or illegal without any problems for a price!.
Complaining to Pmo office may not help because already all the corrupt have joined hands to criticize Modis highhandedness! It just gives another ammunition to congress government in Karnataka to criticize the center!
I still have hope, muda may have attest one honest person who may be willing to help this person! And hopefully he reads my comment and experience and offers help
