Mysore/Mysuru: Sri Swarna Nrisimha Datta Sai Peethika Seva Trust, Mysuru, that is known for its service-oriented social works, has extended its activities through Shramdan.

Spiritual Guru of Mysuru Sri Sri Arjun Avadhoota Maharaja performed Shramdan along with his devotees at Ramakrishna Institute of Moral and Spiritual Education (RIMSE), Yadavagiri, in city recently.

The programme began with Basic Yoga, in the presence of head of RIMSE Swami Mahamedhanandaji and the blessings of Venkatachala Avadhoota Datta Maharaj.  The weeds and shrubs grown around RIMSE premises were removed and the plants were watered, followed by the cleaning of whole premises to complete the shramdan. The spiritual heads spoke about the importance of cleanliness.
