Special cover on Dr. Vishnu

A special postal cover to commemorate the 70th birth anniversary of Kannada actor late Dr. Vishnuvardhan will be released today afternoon at Bengaluru General Post Office (GPO). The special postal cover will be on sale at the Philatelic Bureau of Bengaluru GPO, Mangaluru HO, Mysuru HO and Belagavi HO in Karnataka Postal Circle and also at e-Post Office www.indiapost.gov.in.
