Karnataka by-polls: 165 candidates in fray

Bengaluru:  A total of 165 candidates, including 9 women, are in the fray for Dec. 5 by-election to the 15 Karnataka Legislative Assembly seats. According to the State Election Commission, 53 candidates, of the total 218 nominations found in order after scrutiny on Nov. 21, withdrew their papers on the last day for withdrawal.  K.R….
