B. Vasanth Kumar (70), retired Professor, Government School, Kollegal and a resident of Augustin Colony here, passed away at Mission Hospital in Mysuru yesterday. He leaves behind his wife, two sons, a daughter, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral was held at Christian Cemetery in Kollegal today.

Indramma (65), wife of Venkatesh and a resident of Paduvarahalli 5th Main 6th Cross, passed away last night. She leaves behind a son, three daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at Chirashantidhama in Gokulam this afternoon.

 Manjula (58), wife of Sridhar and a resident of K.R. Mohalla here, passed away yesterday following brief illness. She leaves behind her husband, son T.S. Arun (Brahmin youth leader) and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this morning, according to family sources.

Jayalakshmi (71), wife of Lakshman and a resident of Maarigudi Street in the town, passed away yesterday at a private hospital in Mysuru following heart attack. She leaves behind her husband, two sons and a daughter. Last rites were performed at the Hindu Burial Grounds in Hunsur this noon.

A. Alphonse (79), retired Head Master and a resident of Udayagiri, passed away yesterday following heart attack. He leaves behind his wife and two daughters. Funeral was held this afternoon at the Catholic Cemetery on Mahadevapura Road.

S.X. Selvaraj (82), a resident of Srirampura, passed away yesterday in city. He leaves behind his wife Christina Prema, two sons, two daughters and grandchildren. Funeral was held this afternoon at the Catholic Cemetery on Mahadevapura Road in Gandhinagar.

Rathna Bhattacharya (66), Head Mistress of Sri Neelakanteshwara School and a resident of B.M. Layout, passed away yesterday following heart attack. She leaves behind son Bheeman and daughters Hena Kannan and Rashmi. Last rites were performed at the burial grounds near Kapila River yesterday.

Siddamma (78), wife of late Subbegowda and a resident of Srirampura village, Chunchanakatte hobli, K.R. Nagar taluk, passed away yesterday. She leaves behind sons Shankar Gowda, Vijay Kumar and Gajendra, daughters Kanthamma and Vasantha Kumari, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law and grandchildren. Last rites were performed last evening at Srirampura village.

M. Keshava (44), a surveyor and a resident of Belavadi, passed away yesterday following heart attack. He leaves behind his father Mariyappa, mother Bhagyamma, wife Asha and two daughters. Last rites were performed this morning.
